External Monitoring
White Leaf Care is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and will undergo regular inspections by them. These inspections are calculated in a report which is then available to read on-line.
Internal Monitoring
The Periodic Service Review (IABA) will be utilised across the company’s homes to ensure consistency, which will be facilitated under the supervision of Sarah Wakeling.
White Leaf Care utilises the Periodic Service Review for internal monitoring of performance which provides a management system to meet our goals and objectives and to assure the quality of our services. The system provides clear performance standards against which quality and achievements can be measured. Performance feedback is then provided to ensure ongoing improvement and the maintenance of first class service provision. Sarah Wakeling will develop Periodic Service Reviews in conjunction with Behaviour Support Plans to monitor progress and ensure the implementation of recommendations. At a wider level managers will use the Periodic Service Review as a tool to assess staff performance and the quality and consistency of the services provided.
