Gary Blackmore
Gary Blackmore is the Managing Director of White Leaf and has been working in social care for seventeen years. Gary began his career working on summer camps in America, specialising in supporting both adults and children with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder and learning disabilities. Gary then worked in a variety of residential environments before being awarded a Masters Degree in social work and working in social services as a care manager for adults with mental health issues. Gary then returned to the residential care sector as a senior manager developing specialist services for adults with autism and complex needs.
- Gary has particular expertise in assessing service users for residential placements and managing the transition process. Gary has also been a Pro-Act Scip trainer for several years, delivering a

Pauline Maxwell-Harvey
Pauline Maxwell-Harvey is an experienced senior homes manager who has a proven track record of success specialising in supported living and residential care. Pauline believes in pro-active and positive management to empower service users to find their own voice and develop their skills and talents. Pauline motivates and encourages staff by providing internal training and mentoring to develop a cohesive, efficient and compassionate team. Pauline has set up and commissioned homes from the point of inception to flourishing services within budget and on time.
- Pauline has particular experience in the implementation of internal audits and has been the regional representative for health and safety within Oxfordshire.
- Pauline has written and updated policies and provided mentoring for new managers. Pauline also delivers training to staff and is a qualified NVQ assessor with over 15 years management experience. Pauline has provided support for individuals with physical and learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health issues and sensory impairment.
